We want you to love your thrifted clothing as much as we do! Here’s our refund policy:

• Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Customer Pays Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

• Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “sale” or “discounted” are final sale and cannot be returned.
